The license fees for the various licenses provided for in this chapter shall be set forth as a part of the City business license fee schedule referred to in section 1-12-3 of this Code. Fees for alcoholic beverage licenses shall be the same regardless of the issuance date or the length of time for which the license shall be valid. No refund shall be made in the event the license is suspended, revoked or voluntarily surrendered. (Ord. 905, 1-15-2019)
