A. City License Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any conduct described in the definition of "license", as provided in section 3-2-1 of this chapter, within the corporate limits of the City, without having first procured the appropriate license therefor as described in said definition.
B. State License: If said license is intended to permit alcohol consumption or sale of alcohol, a State license is required before sales may take place. Applicants shall contact the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for said license. (Ord. 905, 1-15-2019)
