§ 153.172 DENSITY.
   (A)   The density shall adhere to the density requirements set forth in the General Plan.
   (B)   The maximum density shall be one tiny house per every 1,800 square feet of lot area. When calculating the number of units allowed, fractional units shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
