§ 152.156 REVIEW.
   Within four weeks after filing of the request, the Director shall review the request and determine whether the property, or the division thereof, complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter. If the Director determines the property or the division thereof complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter, a certificate of compliance shall be issued. If the Director determines the property or the division thereof does not comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter, the Director shall forward the request to the Commission. The Commission, following a public hearing, shall then direct the Director to issue either a certificate of compliance or a conditional certificate of compliance. A certificate of compliance may impose conditions as permitted by the Subdivision Map Act. Any parcel created prior to April 27, 1966, shall be conclusively presumed to have been lawfully created if the parcel resulted from a division of land in which fewer than five parcels were created.
