Requests for issuance of a certificate of compliance shall be submitted, in legible and readily reproducible writing, to the Community Development Director, on paper accompanied by a plot plan and such other supporting information as may be deemed necessary by the Director to determine compliance and shall be accompanied by a checking fee in such amount as may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
