§ 152.095 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.
   No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any building, structure or other work on any parcel proposed to be created until a parcel map has been approved in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
