(A) Minimum frontage and depth requirements shall be as set forth in Chapter 153 of this code. Minimum lot frontage shall be measured at the building setback line.
(B) The side lines of all lots shall be at right angles to the street on which they front, wherever possible.
(C) The depth of lots shall not exceed the road frontage by more than three times.
(D) All lots or parcels being created must front with access on a city street or state highway.
