The Riverbank Planning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Planning Commission, is hereby designated as the Advisory Agency for land divisions, excepting lot line adjustments. The Community Development Director is hereby designated as the acting authority for lot line adjustments in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The Advisory Agency is charged with the duty of making investigations and reports on the design and improvement of proposed divisions of real property and the imposing of conditions or requirements thereon. The Planning Commission shall have the power, the authority, and the duty with respect to tentative maps, final maps, and parcel maps which are specified in this chapter.
