This chapter is enacted for the purpose of adopting subdivision regulations, under the authority of and in accordance with the provisions of Cal. Gov't Code §§ 66410 et seq., and any future amendment thereto, referred to herein as the Subdivision Map Act, and in addition to any other regulations provided by law.
