§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty has been established shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 130.05 through 130.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor for the first time under this section shall be subject to a fine of $250, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a period of 60 days, or to both fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of any provision of §§ 130.05 through 130.08 for the second or greater time within one year shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 180 days, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
