§ 119.21 PERSONS EMPLOYED WITHOUT PERMITS NOT ALLOWED.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the owner, operator, manager or permittee in charge of a massage establishment or school of massage, to insure that each person employed shall first have obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   If knowingly employing any person who is not in possession of a valid, unrevoked permit, or allowing such a person to work or practice within such a place of business, the owner, operator, manager or permittee shall be in violation of this section.
