§ 118.12 ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED.

(B) No person shall act as a figure model in a modeling studio unless a figure model permit is first obtained. The issuance of a business license pursuant to § 110.04 of this Code of Ordinances shall not authorize acting as an escort, or as a figure model in a modeling studio, until the necessary regulatory permit has been lawfully granted.
