§ 112.42 INSPECTION OF BOOKS, RECORDS OR ACCOUNTS.
   The permittee shall keep full and accurate records of the income and expenses received and disbursed in connection with its operation, conduct, promotion, supervision, or any other phase of bingo games which are authorized by this chapter. The city, by and through its authorized officers, shall have the right to examine and audit such records at reasonable times, and the permittee shall fully cooperate with the city by making such records available. Failure to so cooperate shall be a violation of this chapter and grounds for revocation of the permit.
