§ 112.03 BINGO GAMES PERMITTED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSE.
   The city, pursuant to Cal. Penal Code § 326.5, does hereby authorize and provide for the conduct of bingo games by nonprofit organizations for charitable purposes in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
