§ 98.20 FAILURE TO OBEY ORDER; ABATEMENT BY CITY.
   (A)   If, after any notice of violation or any order of Appeals Board made pursuant to this chapter has become final, the person to whom such order is directed shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey such order, the department head is authorized and directed to cause the nuisance to be abated by city personnel or private contract. In furtherance of this section, the department head shall obtain a warrant, if required, and thereafter is expressly authorized to enter upon the premises for the purpose of abating the nuisance.
   (B)   Additionally, any person who fails to obey such order shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as specified in § 10.99(B) of this Code of Ordinances.
