The City of Oakdale Animals and Fowl Ordinance, which is codified in Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, of the City of Oakdale Municipal Code, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein, subject to the amendments and modifications provided herein.
