§ 90.04 ENFORCEMENT BY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT COMMANDER.
   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or by law, the provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Sheriff's Department Commander or employees designated in writing by the Sheriff's Department Commander.
