§ 71.05 STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any of the following places:
   (A)   Within any tunnel or upon any bridge, viaduct or approach thereto.
   (B)   Within any parkway.
