§ 34.32 PENALTIES.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 34.20 through 34.31 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
