§ 33.14 REQUISITIONS AND PURCHASE ORDERS.
   (A)   Using agencies shall submit requests for supplies and equipment to the Purchasing Officer by standard requisition forms.

   (B)   Purchases of supplies and equipment shall be made only by purchase order.
