§ 31.02 BONDS REQUIRED OF CLERK AND TREASURER.
   The City Clerk and the City Treasurer shall each give a bond in an amount recommended by the City Attorney and fixed by the City Council for the faithful performance of the duties of their respective offices, as provided by law.
