§ 244.23 UNIFORMS.

The Village Council is authorized to prescribe, by rules and regulations, the type of uniform or part thereof which shall be worn by members of the reserve police unit. All services rendered by members of the reserve police unit shall be on a voluntary basis and within the village. Such members shall be paid the sum of $1 per year for their services.
