(a) Regulation. All exterior property areas and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition free of rubbish, garbage or junk. Furniture or appliances manufactured only for indoor use, such as, but not limited to, upholstered furniture, refrigerators, freezers and TV sets shall not be left outside unless at curbside for disposal within 12 hours. The above prohibition extends to any owner, operator or occupant of any premises regardless of intent and items included in said prohibition include any major home appliance or fixture, including, but not limited to, any stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, water heater, furnace or any part of such appliance or fixture or any furniture which has been manufactured and intended for interior use which is placed upon, within or about any open, unenclosed structure located on such premises, including any porch, gazebo, deck, patio, veranda or upon any lawn or other open exterior area of such premises.
(b) Penalty.
(1) Whoever violates any provision of this section for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(2) Each day of noncompliance with the notices and orders of the Zoning Inspector shall constitute a separate offense.
(3) Violators shall also be fined the costs incurred for proper disposal of the material collected from littering and any other public nuisance.
