(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, or permit to be deposited, any garbage, junk, trash, refuse matter, offal or animal carcass which is unsightly or which may become offensive, noxious or dangerous to the public welfare or the public health, on his or her own premises, or any premises under his or her control, or deposit such garbage, junk, trash or refuse matter in any vacant lot, public ground, park, alley, street or area way, or in any other place within the village, except as may be otherwise provided by law.
(b) Any person who violates division (a) above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50. Each day’s violation of said section shall constitute a separate offense.
