§ 244.01 MARSHAL AND CHIEF OF POLICE SYNONYMOUS.
   The designation “Marshal”, wherever used in this code of ordinances, is hereby defined to include “Chief of Police”, and “Chief of Police” is defined to include “Marshal”.
