(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to transport or operate a truck over the streets or alleys of the village, other than Main Street, unless said truck is being operated for the sole purpose of making deliveries to or pick-ups from premises within the village not located on Main Street.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck or trailer on Main Street of the village, unless said truck or trailer is being used for the purpose of making deliveries to or pick-ups from premises located on Main Street.
(c) The prohibitions contained in division (a) and (b) above do not apply to emergency vehicles or tow trucks while on emergency or service calls, or to a truck designated by the manufacturer as a three-quarter ton pickup truck or smaller.
(d) Any person who violates this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
