§ 230.02 TAX COMMISSIONER CREATED.

   (a)   The position of Village Tax Commissioner is hereby created.

   (b)   The Village Tax Commissioner shall fulfill all of the duties and obligations incumbent of that office as set forth in the ordinance incorporated herein, any amendments thereto and as otherwise required by law or rule.
