§ 404.08 MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS.

It is hereby declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said village shall be, and said consent hereby is, given to the State Department of Highways for said Department to maintain the traveled portion of the State Highways hereinbefore set out.
