§ 298.04 ESTABLISHMENT OF MAYOR’S MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

   (a)   The Village Council hereby re-establishes the Mayor’s Magistrate’s Court in the village, effective July 1, 2008.

   (b)   All jurisdictional criminal and traffic matters that have previously been brought before the Bowling Green Municipal Court shall be properly brought before the Mayor’s Magistrate’s Court by and through the officers of the Village Police Department, the Village Solicitor Prosecutor or other duly authorized representative.
