No fence shall be constructed in a manner that would block the view of vehicular traffic or restrict snow plowing of streets. Fences must be kept five feet from the edge of the street and to the inside of all sidewalks. The side of the fence considered to be the face (or finished side) shall face adjoining property, and all fences shall be properly maintained with respect to appearance and safety. The fence must be two feet off the property line.
