§ 248.15 PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION FOR ALL HOURLY EMPLOYEES.
   (a)   (1)   The hourly pay range and compensation plan is adopted in order to establish wage rates for certain positions and to establish certain administrative procedures incidental to perform to the performance of this section:

      (2)   The Village Fiscal Officer and Village Streets, Parks and Building Superintendent will be paid weekly and all police officers will be paid monthly from the General Fund and the Street Fund.
   (b)   Any future pay increases will be based upon satisfactory employee performance review done by the Village Administrator.
   (c)   The village will pick up the employees portion of OPERS at the rate of 10%.
   (d)   Health insurance will be offered to all full-time employees at the rate of negotiated between the village and the health insurance provider, and the employee contribution will be $30 per pay period.
