Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed each period of 24 hours such violation shall continue after a period of 30 days following the original conviction.
