§ 1040.02 SEWER OR DRAIN REQUIREMENTS.
   The written permission to construct a sewer or drain connecting with a storm sewer shall specify the permissible use of such sewer or drain and such specifications shall be governed by the following requirements: such sewer or drain may be used for the removal of surface water, rain water from roofs, subsoil drainage, building foundation drainage, cistern overflow, clear water from condensers, waste water from water motors and elevators, waste meter from septic tank or cesspool overflow, clear water from floor drainage and any other clean unobjectionable waste water. Such sewer or drain shall not receive sewage, floor drainage containing solids, industrial wastes, septic tank or cesspool overflow containing solids, privy vault drainage, kitchen wastes, water containing grease, soap or garbage or any other liquid wastes of objectionable character tending to obstruct the storm sewer.
