§ 246.12 RATE SCHEDULE FOR VILLAGE FIRE EQUIPMENT.
   The following rate schedule shall be used as the basis for reimbursement of said village costs to reduce or eliminate hazardous waste or hazardous spill or spills:

*This will be charged as needed, but not to include replacement cost of damaged, destroyed or disposal of any equipment.
NOTES:
1.   Damaged equipment: the cost of repair of the equipment to its condition prior to the incident will be billed to the responsible party. Exception: when the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the current value of the equipment, total replacement cost will be billed to the responsible party. Destroyed or expended equipment, clothing, supplies and the like. Current costs of replacement will be billed to the responsible party.
2.   All fees for apparatus, vehicle and mobile equipment to include fuel necessary to operate for duration of incident.
3.   All hourly rate fees will be charged at even hours. Any fraction or part thereof will be charged at the next hours time (e.g., 1-1/4 hour will be charged at 2 hours actual time).
4.   All fees on materials, apparatus and manpower are subject to change without notice.
