§ 32.142 APPOINTMENT; TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The Mayor of the city shall appoint three of the five members of the Rising Sun Redevelopment Commission.
   (B)   The Common Council shall appoint the remainder of the members of the Commission.
   (C)   The term of office of the members of the Rising Sun Redevelopment Commission shall commence from the date of their appointment and expire on January 1, 1995.
