A designated representative of the Ohio County Plan Commission shall serve as an advisory member of the Rising Sun Advisory Plan Commission. A designated member of the Rising Sun Advisory Plan Commission shall serve as an advisory member of the Ohio County Plan Commission. Each advisory member has all the privileges of membership, except the right to vote.
