§ 32.113 OFFICE SPACE.
   Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-914 the City Council must provide suitable offices for hearings and preserving documentation. Therefore, the Council authorized the Zoning Board of Appeals to use the conference room of the City Building for its meetings and the Clerk-Treasurer's office at the City Building for the preservation of documents. The Mayor and Clerk- Treasurer are hereby directed to coordinate access to these facilities, as state law directs.
