(A) The Mayor is hereby directed to convene the Zoning Board of Appeals for its initial meeting and shall chair the meeting until the election of its chairman, who shall thereafter preside according to IC 36-7-4-912 and (as a guide) Robert's Rules of Order, newly revised.
(B) The Board shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman and shall appoint its own secretary.
