§ 32.110 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.

   (A)   The City Council creates a Zoning Board of Appeals in the manner prescribed herein.

   (B)   The Board shall consist of five members, each of whom must be residents of the city. Two members must be members of the advisory Plan Commission. No member may hold other elective or appointive office, except for membership on the Advisory Plan Commission.

   (C)   The Mayor shall appoint each member of the Board to the following terms:

      (1)   Initial appointments. Within 15 days of enactment, the Mayor shall make initial appointments in the following manner:

         (a)   One member for a term of one year;

          (b)   One member for a term of two years;

         (c)   One member for a term of three years;

         (d)   Two members for a term of four years.

      (2)   Subsequent appointments. The Mayor shall make subsequent appointments for a term of four years.
