§ 32.097 DISSOLUTION.
   Subject to due provision for payment and performance of its obligations, the Rising Sun-Ohio County Port Authority may be dissolved by the city and county and in that event, all properties of the Port Authority shall be returned to the city or county, depending upon the situation at the time it was acquired.
