(A) The Rising Sun-Ohio County Port Authority shall have all the full power and authority as set out in IC 8-10-5-8 including, but not limited to, the power and authority to:
(1) Construct port, terminal and transportation facilities and make charges for the use thereof;
(2) Do all things necessary in the development and operation of the port;
(3) Acquire, own, use and sell real and personal property;
(4) Recommend the city and county authorize issuance of revenue bonds;
(5) Exercise the right of eminent domain in regard to property necessary or proper for the development and use of the Port Authority.
(6) Do all other things legally possible, necessary and proper for the establishment and operation of a port authority.
(B) The Board of Directors shall establish bylaws not inconsistent with the state statutes or this subchapter.
