§ 32.075 BOARD BUDGET.

The Board shall determine its total budget request. The members of each participating unit shall present to their fiscal body the total budget and shall state the amount chargeable to their unit by the terms of the joint Board agreement and ordinances by July 1 of each calendar year. (IC 36-10-3-31(a))
