§ 32.070 BOARD ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established the Rising Sun–Ohio County, Indiana Joint Park Board, hereinafter referred to as “Board”, which shall comply with its enabling ordinances (Ohio County Ordinance 8810-1, passed 10-7-88 and city ordinance 1988-7) and with IC 36-10-3-1 through 36-10-3-39 and any other applicable provisions of state and federal law.
