§ 32.052 CREATION OF BOARD.
   The Rising Sun Utility Service Board is created in accordance with IC 8-1.5-3 et seq. and related sections now or hereafter in force, and all operations of the Rising Sun Municipal Utilities are hereby transferred to the control of the Board as of September 1, 1995. This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Utility Service Board Ordinance of the City of Rising Sun."
