§ 32.051 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this division, the following terms, phrases, words, and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein:
   BOARD. The Utility Service Board of the City of Rising Sun.
   CITY. The City of Rising Sun, Indiana.
   CITY COUNCIL. The City Council of Rising Sun.
   COMMISSION. The Indiana Public Utilities Service Commission.
   UTILITY and UTILITIES. The Rising Sun Municipal Utilities including all electric, water, and sewage facilities.
