§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Common Council of the City of Rising Sun, Indiana hereby vests the City Project Manager and the City of Rising Sun Police Department with enforcement authority to issue citations for violations of this chapter.
   (B)   Violations of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty and enforcement provisions of § 10.99 of the Code of Ordinances.
