§ 32.020 BOARD ESTABLISHED.

   There is hereby established a Board of Public Works and Safety within the executive branch. The Board shall be the chief administrative body of the city and shall have control of the day-to-day operations of the following departments, which are hereby established:

   (A)   Police Department;

   (B)   Fire Department;

   (C)   The Street and Sanitation Department.
