(A) Each ferry license shall be for a term of five years from the date of issuance in accordance with I.C. § 8-2-17-3;
(B) The applicant shall pay a ferry license fee in the amount of not less than $10 and not more than $50 per year pursuant to I.C. § 8-2-17-3: Ferry License Fee - $10 per year;
(C) The applicant shall obtain a surety bond in the amount of not less than $500 and not more than $2,000 per year pursuant to I.C. § 8-2-17-4: Surety Bond - $500; and
(D) These provisions shall remain in full force and effect until so modified by further action of the Common council of the city.
