The 2004 Zoning Map as certified to the Common Council of the Plan Commission on July 1, 2004, and referenced and incorporated herein, is hereby adopted with the following amendments (changes):
 
 
1.   The Map is amended to include the newly annexed territory north of the City on State Road 56.
 
 
2.   Said territory is hereby rezoned to a B-2 zoning classification.

The eight acres more or less, generally located south of Rio Vista Avenue and owned by The Waters of Rising Sun, LLC, and 405 Rio Vista Lane Realty, LLC, and described in Exhibit “A” attached to Ord. 2015-1 shall be rezoned from R-1, Single- Family Residential to the Waters of Rising Sun Nursing Home/Rehabilitation PUD/Planned Unit Development.
