(A) Definition. THE PREMISES. The Rising Sun Riverfront park and real estate located between the Ohio River and Front Street and extending from Plum Street to Fifth Street; and the public fairgrounds and real estate located at the edge of the city limits on Fourth Street.
(B) Closing times. The premises and the real estate shall be closed to the general public, except as stated herein, after 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 12:01 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
(C) It shall be unlawful to be in the Rising Sun Riverfront Park after official hours. It shall also be unlawful to be in the Rising Sun Ohio County Fairgrounds after official park hours.
(D) Exemption. This section shall not apply if persons are participating, viewing or involved in any approved community-sponsored event, activity, school, church or club activities.
